1)How long does it take to despatch my parcel?
We are operating and despatching during the lockdown period.
Our despatch time is 10-15 working days unless otherwise stated on the item description.
On the rare occasion, there might be a delay due to a complete National Lockdown imposed by the South African Government, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections or flight delays which is our of our control.
If an order is delayed, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
Delivery estimates are only estimates but we do endeavor to get your parcel to you as soon as we can.
2)Where do you get your items from?
In order for us to supply our customers with the most up-to-date products, we order our products from suppliers in the UK.
3) What delivery methods are available?
We delivery to your door with a Courier service.
You are also welcome to arrange for your own Courier Company to collect the parcel from us in Parklands, Cape Town.

4) Queries relating to an order.
Should you have placed an order and have a query regarding it, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your query and your order number in the subject line. We will answer your query within 24 hours of receiving it.
5) Can you assist me in getting items that’s not on the site?
If you require bedding, a party theme, toy or any other item that is not listed on our site, then please email us at email@example.com with the details of what you are looking for and we will gladly try and source it for you.

We are an online store and do not have a physical retail store. Our head office is based in Parklands, Cape Town.
8) How often do you add new stock to your site?
We add new stock to our site on a weekly basis so feel free to visit our site often to see the new goodies. Sign up to receive our newsletter and be the first to know of any new developments on our site.
9) Do I have to pay any other charges apart from the price of the item?
Besides the purchase amount and delivery charge, there are no custom fees or VAT to still pay on the items. We take care of all those fees so the price you see is the price you pay.

12) Can I cancel my order once I've placed it?
Once the order has been placed and payment made, you have 24 hours to cancel the order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After 24 hours you may not cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order after the 24 hours period, you must request a refund from email@example.com. Please note that you will be liable for 35% of the purchase price for the costs incurred in us having purchased the item, having it shipped from the UK and custom charges.
